AVG Update Blood Trail issue

• Errors were brought up about me, making the meeting mostly about errors I made:
  
• AVG installed on sql server; AVG installed on dc;
  
  • These are old and it is like a resurrection, because I have already been chastised for these.
    
• even though others made errors, some very costly, they were not brought up
  
  • Jason Stanford ran script that removed the network structure of an entire school, causing the entire computer repair dept. to be deployed to school and visit each computer.
    
  • Fe set up filters which caused a network outage covering many schools. FilterCL deployment was supposed to be reversible, but because mistakes were made the process could not be reversed after problems were encountered.
    
  • Fe chose spysweeper as our antispyware agent and it was so bad that we are now abandoning it and removing it from workstations.
    
  • Fe said I did not write an install script for AVG, when he was a school technician. This comment was meant to be hurtfull, since he knew it was untrue.    
    
    • He knew or should have known that the structure of the district was NT domain, making it impossible to deploy AVG via script without GPO's.
      
    • He also knew that I was not a domain administrator for LCSD domain back then, since he was friends with Jason Lewis. (ask him)
      
  • This meeting has caused me stress. Dennis Osterhouse should have known the outcome of this meeting. Why was it brought up again, when I was already chastised for it? The reaction of anyone blamed for this situation over which he has no control can be anticipated. I have agoraphobia and panic attacks. Dennis Osterhouse should know what effect this would have on me. This is no less than calculated harassment of a subordinate, by using a medical problem as a means of exacerbating the reaction.
    

 

 

• 10/26    Fred Ellis came to my cubicle and asked me if I pushed AVG out to the central domain. I told him I had about 20 minutes ago. He was speaking to Dwayne on his cell phone. When he got off the phone, he told me I had crashed Dwayne's email and probably affected every one else too. He then said "there better be a blood trail before he gets there".
  
  • I told Dennis Osterhouse about this and he tried to talk to him, but he was adamant that I caused the problem. It was usually the case that Dennis was not the advocate that a subordinate would expect from his supervisor. I was just doing what I was told, getting AVG updated throughout the district. Fred Ellis should know that AVG initiated the updates and whether it is ordered to do so or scheduled to do so, no one but the manufacturer of the product is responsible.
    
  • Fred Ellis interrupted me to cause me stress. The reaction of anyone blamed for this situation over which he has no control can be anticipated. I have agoraphobia and panic attacks. • I am kept out of the loop for just about everything!
  
• My malware duties were taken away
  
• Fred Ellis friends bushwhacked me in tech meeting early this year.
  
  • I was given handouts that were completely mixed up.
    
  • I helped Fred Ellis get his presentation together and put info on our web site for him.
    
  • One half hour into a one hour presentation, several offered Ellis's friends asked me to explain how to install AVG. I told them that there was not enough time to tell how to install it and the dialog deteriorated for about 5 to 10 minutes, until Terry Beasley broke in.
    
  • one of Fred Ellis's friends was laughing so hard in the back of the room, I had to order him to stop.
    
  • Dwayne Alton said a group of people came to see him to complain about my lecture.
    
  • Dwayne Alton told Fred Ellis there would be no problems, if he took over my lecture for me.
    
  • I told Dennis Osterhouse that I was insulted that Dwayne Alton did not inform me that Fred Ellis would take over lecture. Dennis Osterhouse said he should talk to Dwayne Alton about my concerns. Dennis Osterhouse said Dwayne Alton would not see me about it and basically did not care.
    

 

 

*10/17    a meeting in Fred Ellis cubicle (Fred Ellis, Dennis Osterhouse, Jason Stanford, Dwayne Alton) about AVG/Spysweeper/WindowsUpdate Service. Fred Ellis said to Dwayne Alton that AVG was installed incorrectly. He knew perfectly well that it was running fine and served the district well for years. He made that statement for Dwayne Alton benefit, to make me look bad.

• Aggressive harassment and discriminatory practices

#I have narcolepsy and told Dwayne and Dennis about it several years ago. I do have all the symptoms but the Cataplexy. Excessive daytime sleepiness is another name for a undiagnosed sleep disorder. Management should have known that I have a disability if it is apparent to them.

 

In addition, I also have agoraphobia, which is an abnormal fear of being in crowds, public places, meetings, lectures, (being in the spotlight), and is accompanied by panic attacks. I told Dennis Osterhouse of this issue and told him to inform Dwayne.

 

Dennis knows that I have fallen asleep on several occasions where I would continue to talk to the person I was talking to on the phone. I would go directly into REM sleep and begin talking about a dream I was having. They are often called micro sleeps, because the do not last long. I would also continue typing on the computer when asleep.

 

One important point to note is that management did not take care to help mitigate my disabilities, but used them as a psychological torture device.
